Medlife’s Manish Garg Joins DealShare as CSO

With 15+ years of industry experience, Manish Garg is one of the most popular e-retail segments. He is the former Head of Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Offline Retail for Medlife, prior to which he has worked with big brands like Myntra, Amazon, and Unisource Worldwide.

DealShare is one of the fastest-growing social e-com startups that is targeting to provide affordable products while most of such companies are targeting the elite section of the society. The company has earlier raised around $21 Mn in Series C Funding, focusing on expanding its base in India and concentrating on development technology and acquiring talent. In the latest move, Manish Garg has joined DealShare as the Chief Strategy Officer.

The Founder and CEO of DealShare, Vineet Rao, shared in a statement,’ Our vision has always been to enhance the e-tail landscape in India, especially for the mid-income population. Our focus would be to expand our market presence; strengthen product portfolio, talent supply chain, and technology as well as improve the brand’s procurement, warehousing, and last mile delivery. Garg will be playing an instrumental role in assisting the leadership in this journey.’

In his new role, Manish will be overseeing the strategy and innovation for the company and assessing and mitigating risks. He will also head the crisis management and compliance management for DealShare. 

Along with these major roles, Manish will also be working in close quarters with the CEO, Vineet Rao. He will assist in optimizing the company’s operations to increase overall output and efficiency. He will also be creating new projects taking the initiative contributing to the organization’s growth.

Manish also looks excited about this opportunity. He mentions, “I look forward to this journey where we would focus on expanding DealShare’s footprint pan India and enhancing consumer experience.”
